Our Values
We strongly value a holistic approach to health and fitness. We prioritize mobility, stability, and technical efficiency in our training methodology with a strong emphasis on injury prevention and longevity in the sport of CrossFit, and also in life! Family Fun
There is a place for everyone at CrossFit Inner Strength. We have kids and teen classes, and parents, you can bring your kids to our dedicated children's area while you get a good workout in! Integrating your workout into your everyday family life will be preparing your kids for a lifetime of health and fitness by setting a good example and showing your kids how fun being active can be!
Kid's Corner
Bring the kids and let them enjoy our specially designed Kid's Corner, where they can have a great time watching TV, drawing, doing homework, reading or playing with our games and climbing structure. While they're occupied, you can concentrate on your workout, knowing that your kids are safe in the enclosed space, all while keeping them visible and close by. Take some well-deserved time for yourself - you've earned it!
