*All classes need to be booked to be able to attend, including open gym.
CrossFit - All of our members are welcome to book for these classes! No matter your level or experience, we all train together! Everyone will be working towards the shared goal of improving and getting better. This means that depending on your level, you might be doing an adapted version of a movement, but nevertheless, we will all be doing the same workout together! (And then high five each other on a job well done!)
HYROX - These classes are accessible by all member, excluding the open gym only membership. In HYROX training sessions, the primary focus is on cardio endurance, and building a strong foundation for functional fitness. Therefore the workouts tend to be longer than typical CrossFit workouts, challenging your physical and mental stamina! In HYROX you won’t see the barbel or very heavy weights, you will however see lots of functional body weight movements, and machines like the bike and skierg.
These classes are suited to every fitness and skill level, they will definitely make you sweat, and are a ton of fun!
CrossFit Kids - This class is for children ages 5-9. In this class, we will focus mostly on having fun, and building healthy exercise habits. Your kids will learn the basics of CrossFit movements, such as squats, push ups, sit ups, basic plyometrics, and the list goes on… They will learn to use a dumbbell, a kettlebell, and a jump rope. And more importantly, they will learn to expand their attention span and work individually and in a team! Fitness is so important, even at a young age, but nothing is more important than having fun and finishing with a sense of pride and accomplishment!
CrossFit Teens - This class is especially designed for kids 10-16 years of age. At this point, we switch our focus from building up the basics in the kids class, to now a more technical focus. Here, we will start using a barbell, and start to build up the loading, all with a very strict focus on technique, and making sure that we are moving well. Here we will also start to learn how to breathe and brace, how to create stability, and also start to work on mobility, all to create great athletic habits, and to prepare them for the adult classes!
Back to Basics - This is a 30min class, focusing on the basics! This class is totally free to all members and will not count toward your membership class limit. New members are highly encouraged to take full advantage of these classes. This is not a workout, this is strictly a skill session, where we focus on the technical aspect of a movement. This will be helpful for all members, even seasoned athletes who wish to work on a specific skill and inch towards mastery!
Open Gym - This is also available to all members for free! At CrossFit Inner Strength, you are always welcome to drop by and do your own thing! Our friendly coaches will be happy to explain the programming and assist as needed!
