Hi, I’m Chrissie and I’m known as the pocket rocket 🚀
I’ve been in this industry that I love for over 30 years.
I have been a personal trainer (25 years on the floor), but now work online, and speaking in seminars on my speciality subject, hormones, menopause and creating longevity with fitness and health for women.
I also teach Les Mills group fitness, which is part of who I am.
I am a mum and grandmother, and help women reaching menopausal years to lose weight, balance hormones and rediscover who they are through my online signature coaching program- Hormonal2hot.
I’m very passionate about what I do and love to see women blossom as they get older, not fade.
There is no manual or guidebook for women reaching menopause, so it’s my purpose to educate, guide and support women to be able to transform their bodies and be the best version of themselves.
