    Our drive at Rehab Co. is to provide the best care for our clients by innovating the way physiotherapy is delivered in New Zealand.

    We offer with our partnership a free 1 hour consultation with one of our physios. This initial appointment comes with manual therapy and gym based therapy to help educate you with the “why” behind your injury. We aim to help you return to a better version of yourself. Being a part of our partnership means you get a discounted rate for your consultations of $35 per follow up appointment.     Hi, I’m Chrissie and I’m known as the pocket rocket 🚀

    I’ve been in this industry that I love for over 30 years.

    I have been a personal trainer (25 years on the floor), but now work online, and speaking in seminars on my speciality subject, hormones, menopause and creating longevity with fitness and health for women.

    I also teach Les Mills group fitness, which is part of who I am.

    I am a mum and grandmother, and help women reaching menopausal years to lose weight, balance hormones and rediscover who they are through my online signature coaching program- Hormonal2hot.

    I’m very passionate about what I do and love to see women blossom as they get older, not fade.

    There is no manual or guidebook for women reaching menopause, so it’s my purpose to educate, guide and support women to be able to transform their bodies and be the best version of themselves.

She specialises in performance nutrition for CrossFitters, and has helped over one hundred everyday athletes lose body fat, while maximising muscle mass and performance, becoming stronger and fitter in the gym!

    She has been participating, coaching and competing in CrossFit for ten years, including some fun podium finishes. Rosie recognises the importance of nutrition in supporting exercise, but also in supporting your energy levels, mood, hormones and mental health.
